Under the theme "Winning the Future with Quality, Creating a New Chapter for Chips", the initiative aims to strengthen quality awareness across all employees, reinforce quality management foundations, and accelerate the company's journey toward high-quality growth. The event was attended by senior management and department heads, who jointly signed a quality commitment pledge at the ceremony, marking the official kick-off of Grand Hitek's Quality Month campaign.

At the meeting, the Quality Management Center detailed the key activities for this year's Quality Month, which will focus on three main areas:

Full-process quality control in vacuum pump manufacturing, including specialized training and skill competitions to enhance employee competencies;

Customer-centric improvement, through a "Continuous Improvement, Pursuit of Excellence" employee suggestion program, driving ongoing process optimization;

Quality culture building, through knowledge contests and "Quality Star" awards, creating a company-wide culture where "everyone is a quality champion."
The Quality Director emphasized that quality is the lifeblood of the company and a core competitive advantage in the semiconductor vacuum equipment sector. Employees are required to strictly follow the "Three No's Principle" – Do not accept, do not manufacture, and do not pass on defective products – ensuring full-chain quality control from component processing to final pump testing. A rigorous quality assessment mechanism will be enforced, with incentives for major quality improvements.
In his concluding remarks, the General Manager reaffirmed the importance of this initiative. He noted that as the semiconductor industry undergoes rapid transformation, Grand Hitek must uphold the craftsmanship spirit and zero-defect quality standards to build a quality management system that spans the entire value chain. "Quality improvement is not just one department's task; it is a systematic effort that demands the participation of every employee," he said. Management will lead by example and stay closely connected to production lines, ensuring the Quality Month activities deliver tangible results.
